Lauding the AAPSU and its allies for initiating an all party consultative meeting on launching of NPF party in Arunachal, the adhoc committee member NPF has raised an issue as to why the AAPSU was organizing the consultative meeting at Itanagar and not in Tirap and Changlang.
The adhoc committee member NPF, Tosum Mossang in a press statement pointed out that the top leaders participating in the meet would come to know the ground realties only when the meeting would be held in these two districts.
“As one of the highest intellectual institution and apex students body AAPSU should examine the What and Why of the situation in Tirap and Changlang”, the statement stated. Meanwhile, the adhoc committee reminded the AAPSU not to be carried away by political wave, but stand for the people and take up the issues like 2000 illegal appointments, PDS scam, hydro power project scam, etc.
It further advised the NGOs, political parties and pressure groups to refrain from airing any kind of article through media which would create misunderstanding and chaos among the people.
