Chief minister Neiphiu Rio on Monday presented the Comptroller and Auditor General of India’s report in the floor of the House. The reports include report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) on state finances for the year ended March 31, 2010 (Report No 1), report of the Auditor General of India (CAG) for the year ended March 31, 2010 (Report No.2), Finance Accounts 2009-10 (Volume 1 &2) and Appropriation Accounts 2009-10. On Monday two governments’ bills - Global Open University, Nagaland (First Amendment) Bill 2011 and Amity University Nagaland Bill, 2011, both moved by minister for higher education Dr. Shurhozelie Liezietsu on Saturday were passed by voice vote. Minister for home Imkong L. Imchen laid on the table a copy of the annual administrative report 2010-2011 of the police engineering project department while MLA KV Pusa, chairman of Committee on Subordinate Legislation presented a copy of the 31st Report on Nagaland Rural Development Service Rule, 2006.
