Nagi, Kiumukam asked to submit resignation

Naga National Council (NNC) has asked V. Nagi and Kiumukam to immediately submit their resignation to the parent body NNC, saying it was a “big shame of them to fight over leadership and creating division and separative.” A statement issued by NNC’s senior CEC member Kiheto Zhimomi said the members along with senior leaders condemned any act that created division, and pointed out that NNC “the mother politic of Naga” can not be shaken, destroyed and brought down over leadership or any issue. “The govt. NNC is still alive and active as before and we support and still support the peace process of reconciliation the FNR towards ignition for peace and integrity in the Naga homeland in particular,” the statement declared.
