In a recent campus placement interviews conducted by M/S Spaco Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Chinchwad, Pune, a reputed carburetors manufacturer having annual turnover of around `700 crores, 25 final year diploma students from Nagaland Mini Toll Room and Training Centre (NMTTC) Dimapur were selected to undergo one year training from July 2011 to June 2012 at Pune.
The remaining 5 students have been arranged at M/S Jeptech Industries Ltd Pune.
Students would be given stipends between `3000 to `5000 per month.
Meanwhile, Nagaland Mini Tool Room & Training Centre (government of Nagaland society) Dimapur under department of industries & commerce, Kohima conducts four year diploma in tool & die making course recognized by all India council for technical education (AICTE), New Delhi, including one year industrial apprenticeship.
NMTTC Dimapur would be soon conducting short term job oriented training courses like, multi-skill machining, lathe machine, grinder, welding fabrication, CNC machine operator etc.
