Commission for Education Diocese of Kohima Nagaland felicitated toppers from Catholic Education Institutions of Nagaland on May 6. The celebrations were held at St. Mary’s Highers Secondary School Padampukri were toppers Imkum I Ozukam was felicitated.
Rev. Sr. Rose Abiliu MSMHC principal of the school and team accorded a warm welcome.
Rev. Dr. Mathew John Thuniampral, secretary for the commission for education while congratulating the toppers said they should keep the good spirit and be role models to the next batches.
Fr. Mathew stated that out of 450 high schools in the state there were 47 catholic schools, and out of 50 top positions, 38 of them were secured by Catholic Schools.
Chief Guest Rev. Dr. George Punnolil, financial administrator of the diocese of Kohima urged the students to know who they are and have a vision for the future if they wished to achieve their goals in life
