EPIC: MVA condemns; warns 6 colonies

The Mengujuma Village Authorities (MVA)-- Mengujuma Village Counicl, Mengujuma Youth Organization and Mengujuma GB’s said it was shocked to learn the June 13 incident- “obstruction of EPIC in polling station 11&12, manhandling two youth of Industrial Village Razhüphe and threatening the life of TL Angami.”
In a joint statement, Vitsalhou Kesiezie, chairman MVC; Neingwetuo Mor, Head GB MVC and Neisakholie Sechü, president MYO warned the “self styled 6 colonies claiming to be owners of Industrial Village Razhüphe, not to forget that Industrial Razhüphe is in Nagaland donated by Chumukedima Village”. MVA also warned that the 6 colonies would be held responsible in the event of any incident endangering the life of TL Angami. It also appealed the District Administration to extend necessary protection to T.L. Angami. It reminded that Mengujuma and Zhadima Village since time immemorial holds ‘brotherhood relationship’.
