The Army has invited applications for the post of civilian motor driver GD-III. The recruitment will be held at 86 Field Repair Workshop (7003 EME Bn), C/O 99 APO (Rangapahar), and would be open for married/un-married male Indian citizens only for one post (Reserved for Other Backward Class).
Preference for recruitment will be given to ward of ex-serviceman. The pay scale is `5200 to `20200 (pre-revised).
The candidates should be between 18 to 27 years of age as on June 22.
Candidates should have passed class 10 or equivalent examination. Candidate must be in possession of a civil driving license, valid for driving heavy vehicles.
Candidates should be in possession of “experience certificate” certifying their having driven heavy vehicles for minimum two years.
The candidates should bring along with them original documents, including duly attested photocopies thereof: Other Backward Class certificate, residential certificate, 6 passport size photographs (without headgear), self-addressed stamped envelope, civil education certificate, proof of date of birth, valid driving licence for heavy vehicles, “experience certificate” certifying the candidate having driven such heavy vehicles for two years.
