Bengali Community meeting: A meeting of Bengali Community of Dimapur has been convened on June 19. Convener, Bengali Community Kamala Kanta Paul informed that venue and time would be intimated in due course of time. All Bengalis of Dimapur have been requested attend the meeting.
PDFU meeting: Phek district farmers’ union (PDFU) has convened an executive meeting-cum-inauguration of the union head office at Pfutsero town on June 4 at 10am. The meeting would discuss on the wwgeneral session, socio-economic vision 2020, identification of progressive farmers’ project and farmers club. All executive members, area project organizers (APO), chairman of village farmers unit, advisors and special invitees have been requested to attend the meeting.
RSU felicitates HSLC students: The 4th HSLC felicitation programme of the Rüpreo students’ union (RSU) Chiechama was held on May 28 at Northern Angami public organization (NAPO) building Kezieke, Kohima. Neisakholie Rüpreo was the chief patron. Altogether 19 RSU members passed in the HSLC exam.
Blood donation camp: The 78th Bn CPRF Kohima , Zubza would be organizing a blood donation camp in collaboration with Naga Hospital Authority on May 31, 11am at CRPF Camp Zubza, Kohima. Father Jose Rector, Don Bosco High School Zubza would grace the function as chief guest. 20 volunteers of CRPF personnel would be donating blood.
PSU general body meeting: The general body meeting of Pyangsa Students’ Union (PSU) has been convened on June 11, 9am at the residence of Etsuromo Odyuo, Sewak. All executive members, elders and public have been requested to attend the meeting.
SUPCC new office bearers: Students Union Public College of Commerce (SUPCC) has elected its new office bearers to be led by Hutoyi Y Sumi as president, Khongwang Konyak as general secretary and Thunghanbemo Yanthan as finance secretary. Further, the outgoing office bearers have congratulated the new team and hoped they would bring the best possible developments for the welfare of the students.
IVRC emergency meeting: Industrial Village Razhüphe Council (IVRC) has convened an emergency meeting on June 2, 8am at the village council hall to discuss on elector photography operation to be held from June 7 to 12. All VDB members, vigilance committee, advisory board mother’s unit and VCMs have been requested to attend the meeting.
BSNL contractors meeting: Nagaland BSNL (Civil) register contractors have convened an emergency meeting on June 4, 2pm at Circuit House Walford, Dimapur. All BSNL (Civil) enlisted contractors have been requested to attend the meeting along with their enlistment order copy.
DC Longleng convenes meeting: Deputy Commissioner (DC), Longleng has convened a meeting for district level committee members under Prime Minister’s New 15 Point Programme for welfare of minorities on June 8, 11am at conference hall of DC Longleng. All officers have been requested to attend the meeting along with the report implemented under their respective departments. Those failing to attend would be held answerable to the public/government for failing to implement this programme effectively, added DC.
NPF welcomes: The 59th A/C Naga People’s Front (NPF) has welcomed Tsipio Sangtam, former district convener BJP and Lithrongse Sangtam active member of 59th ACCC who resigned from their respective political party and joined the NPF party in support of C. Kipili Sangatm MLA and chairman NSMDC Nagaland. A press release S. Tsathrise Sangtam, working president 59th A/C NPF, said the new members appreciatd the sitting MLA for bringing various development in the district particularly in his constituency and the NPF led DAN Government under the leadership of Neiphiu Rio, Chief Minister Nagaland and Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu, President NPF for all round development in the state.
Merhülietsa panchayat informs: Merhülietsa Panchayat Chairman has informed all its colony members that time scheduled for taking photographs of the electors will be held on June 6, for para medical upper and June 7, for para medical lower respectively at Civil Surgeon (CS Office).
Leo Club annual district conference: Leo Club of Dimapur would be hosting the xxxth annual district conference of Lions international district 322Don on June 4 and 5 at Jain Bhawan, Dimapur. The theme for the conference is “ Prayas - a step to move forward”. Leo Members have invited all ex Leos of Dimapur to attend the conference. SRSU meeting: Satoi Range Students’ Union (SRSU) has convened its first presidential meeting on June 4,11 a.m at the residence of Hoshika Awomi, Burma Camp Dimapur. Unit presidents and executive members of Satoi Range Students’ Union have been informed to attend the meeting.
WSKH emergency meeting: Western Sumi Kukami Hoho has called for an emergency meeting of its office bearers, executive members and advisors on June 1 at 10 am at its office. The meeting will discuss issues relating to hoho’s general session which will be held later this month.
Leadership training: Chumukedima Area Baptist Pastor’s Fellowship would be group leadership training on Biblical financial management in collaboration with Financial Ministry, Guwahati on May 31, 9.30am at Yimchungrü Baptist Church, Chumukedima. All participants have been reminded to come along with `325 each for study materials and refreshment.
