Locals nab extortionists in Kma

Three extortionists were apprehended by employees of Keziekie sumo counter and public while extorting in the name of NNC without any receipts at around 2 p.m. Friday. According to police, the trio was later taken to “Peace Camp” for verification by the public. After which it was found out that the three identified as “tatar” Athing Konyak (40), “jt. secretary” Ruzhülse Perry (28) and “captian” Senchumo Ezung a.k.a. Mark (35) were not from NNC (Non-accordist), police sources said. Several demand notes, list of all passengers and Sumos plying from Keziekie counter were also recovered from the trio. A letter addressed to “state information commission” for annual profession commission was also seized. Police also said that Senchumo used to demand money ranging from Rs. 100 to Rs. 1000 daily from the same counter. A case has been registered at North police station under section US 384/34IPC.
