Transfer and posting of IAS/NCS/NSS officers

In the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland has ordered transfer and posting of the following IAS/NCS/NSS officers with immediate effect as under:
1. R. Binchilo Thong, IAS, Commr. & Secy, Power Dept. is transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Irrigation & Flood Control.
2. Sentiyanger Imchen, IAS, Commr. & Secy., Horticulture, Geology & Mining, Excise is relieved of the charge of Excise Department.
3. Neihu C. Thur, IAS, Secretary, Social Welfare is transferred and posted as Secretary, Urban Development.
4. Norman Putsure, IAS, Secretary, Urban Development is transferred and posted as Secretary, Social Welfare.
5. B. Thawang Konyak, IAS, Secretary, Irrigation & Flood Control is transferred and posted as Secretary, Vety. & AH.
6. Bendang Longchari, IAS, Secretary, Youth Resources & Sports is transferred and posted as Secretary, Excise and Sericulture.
7. L. Kire, IFS, Commissioner & Secretary, Land Resources Development, is transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Power Department in addition to his duties as Commissioner & Secretary to CM.
8. L. H. Thangi Mannen, Commr. & Secy, Vety & AH and Sericulture Departments is transferred and posted as Commr. & Secy., Industries & Commerce.
9. Sachopra Vero, NCS, Director, Youth Resources & Sports is transferred as posted as Secretary, Youth Resources & Sports.
10. Benjamin Newmai, Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs, will hold additional charge of Agriculture department in addition to his present assignment.
11. K.I. Yanger, NCS, Addl. Secretary, Works & Housing is transferred and posted as Addl. Secretary, Tourism against existing vacancy.
12. Anenla S. Longchari, NCS, DC, Headquarter on promotion is retained as Joint Commissioner, Commissioner’s Office.
13.Motsuthung, NCS, Joint Secretary, RD is transferred and posted as Additional Director, ATI.
14. A. Wopen Lotha, NCS Joint Secretary, Land Revenue is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Higher & Technical Education Department.
15. Anenla T. Sato, NCS, Joint Secretary, Industries & Commerce is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, RD.
16. Vikeyie Kenye, NCS, ADC, Commissioner’s Office, on promotion is retained as DC, HQ.
17.V. Maria Yanthan, NCS, DRC, N/L House Guwahati, on promotion is retained as Joint Resident Commissioner, Nagaland House, Guwahati.
18. L. Yantsso Khuvung, NSS, Joint Secretary, Land Revenue is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Forests.
19. H. Lungalang, NSS, Joint Secretary P&AR Department is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies Department.
20.Jongpongrenla, NSS, Joint Secretary, Home is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Labour & Employment Department.
21. Kekhrieselie, NSS, Joint Secretary, School Education Department is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Works & Housing Department.
22. Kelei Zeliang, Joint Secretary, RD is transferred and posted as Director, Youth Resources & Sports.
Meanwhile, in the interest of public service, the Governor has ordered transfer and posting of the following IAS/NCS/NSS officers with immediate effect as under:
1. Vyasan R., IAS, SDO (C), Wokha on promotion is retained as ADC, Wokha.
2. Govind Jaiswal, IAS, SDO (C), Zunheboto on promotion is retained as ADC, Zunheboto.
3.Kesonyu Yhome, IAS, SDO (C), Mokokchung on promotion is retained as ADC, Mokokchung.
4. Asangla Imti, Deputy Secretary, (Power) is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, P&AR Department.
5. Y.W. Yanthan, NSS, Deputy Secretary, Home, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary Finance.
6. Bodeno C. Colo, Under Secretary, GAB-I on promotion is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Land Revenue.
7. Virul Kikhi, Under Secretary, Urban Development, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary, P&AR Department.
