NNC Yimchungrü region terminates VP

NNC Yimchungrü region has terminated Kiumukam Yimchungrü, vice president NNC Nagaland from NNC Yimchungrü region. In a statement issued by the NNC Yimchungrü region said the decision to terminate Kiumukam was taken d uring the meeting held on June 2 at Jasher village (Tuensang). Henceforth, Kiumukam would not be given any responsibility due to his “nefarious” activity against the region, the statement added. Meanwhile, NNC Yimchungrü region has announced the names of the region authorities- Luyanpah, ‘midan peyu’, Royem, ‘tatar’, Wongto, ‘leacy’, Kheantsu, ‘leacy’, Keuren, ‘razu peyu’, Kiuthsang, ‘brig’, Kiuren, ‘CO’, Kiushu, ‘maj’, Throngso, ‘capt’, Pumsokiu, ‘capt’, Yansomong, ‘capt’, Thronkiuba, ‘capt’, Lokhum, ‘lieut’, Kiukhang, ‘2nd lieut’, Bungkimong, ‘capt’, Zhelo, ‘CO’, Kejengkhum, ‘CO’, Shokheah, ‘maj’, Kekong, ‘maj’, H. Jona, ‘tatar’, Khumkiu, ‘leacy’. Meanwhile, in a separate statement, NNC Lotha region informed that the NNC central executive member during its meeting held on June 3 at LTC Hall, Wokha resolved to support the decision of Yimchunger region to terminate Kiumukam from national service. According to joint secretary NNC Lotha region, S. Ezung, the meeting also resolved to support the “peace process task” for the interest of Naga people. The meeting was conducted by working president, Gen. (rtd.) I Panger Walling.
