More orgs observe ‘International day against drug abuse & illicit trafficking’

: In a joint venture between N-Naga-Dao, Mokokchung unit and Mokokchung Users Network, the International Day against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking 2011 was observed at Mokokchung Town on June 26 with two youth department namely Artang and Kumlong CYE. Highlights of the day included debating session on the topic- “Health is more important that drugs”, significance of the day, testimony sharing by a member from Mokokchung User’s Network and special song presentation from the respective youth departments.
AYWO: Agape Youth Welfare Organisation, (AYWO) Wokha town observed the ‘International Day against drug abuse and illicit trafficking’ at Englan Range under Wokha district on June 26. The program was jointly organized with the Wokha District Network of Positive People (WNP+) of Wokha Town. Village council members, GBs, Church leaders, women leaders, youth leaders, students’ leaders, social workers, drug users and public attended the programme. The Agape Organisation and WNP+ encouraged the general public to come forward and avail all kinds of treatment facilities as and when needed.
