1kg Beef (boneless)
50gm Fresh red chili
1tbsp Fish sauce
1 Bunch basil
Salt to taste
1. Slice the beef and cut into thin strips.
2. Grind the chilies, garlic, and onion to a coarse paste.
3. Heat a wok, add the oil, and swirl it over the surface of the pan. Add the paste and stir-fry until it is light golden.
4. Add the beef and stir-fry until done.
5. Add the fish sauce, water, and basil leaves.
6. Serve with steam rice.
