100gm Soy bean sprouts
200gm White cabbage
6 Cloves of garlic
1tsp Fish sauce
1tsp Soy sauce
Salt and pepper
1.Wash and dry the soy bean sprouts.
2.Clean and finely slice the white cabbage. Blanch in boiling water, drain the water and keep aside.
3.Peel and finely chopped the garlic. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic. Add the cabbage and the soy bean
sprouts and stir fry for 5 minutes.
4.Add the fish sauce, soy sauce and the spices.
Cook for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
