500gm chicken breast
20gm fresh ginger
3tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp rice wine
2tbsp corn flour
Oil for frying
1.Wash and cut the meat into pieces.
2.Peel and finely chop the fresh ginger. Place in a bowl and mix with the soy sauce, rice wine and the sugar to make a sauce.
3.Place the meat in the sauce and leave to marinate for approximately 20 minutes.
4.Remove the meat, drain and cover with the cornflour.
5.Heat the oil and fry the meat till golden brown.
6.Pour in the marinade and leave to simmer until the meat
is properly cooked.
