1 bay leaf
1tsp olive oil
½ tsp mustard sauce
Salt and pepper
1.Wash and boil potatoes until tender.
2.Remove the skin from the mackerel and cut into bit size pieces.
3.Poach mackerel pieces with bay leaf and lemon juice. Simmer the water and remove.
4.Cut the potato into cubes. Slice the onion. Add the mixture to the fish.
5.Mix lemon juice, oil and mustard together. Season to taste with salt and pepper and whisk well. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for some time.
6. Served with yogurt spread on top and sprinkle with chopped chives.
