3 Medium size cucumbers
4 Coves of garlic
4 nos. Green chilli
2 tbsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Sesame seed
Salt to taste
1.Peel and thinly slice cucumber.
2.Add plenty of salt and mix well.
3.Keep aside for 1 hour to let the cucumber soak in the salt.
4.Slice onion, chilli and finely chop garlic.
5.Soak the chilli in cold water to remove the seed.
6.Squeeze out the water from the cucumber.
7.In a large bowl placed the cucumber, add onion, chilli, garlic and chilli powder.
8.Mix well all the ingredients with your hand.
9.Serve immediately or can keep for weeks.
10. Sprinkle sesame seed before serving.
