12 whole chicken wings
2tbsp Red chilli paste
1tbsp Lemon juice
2tbsp Olive oil
6 Garlic gloves
5 Black pepper freshly ground
1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl; add chilli paste, lemon juice, and salt. Rub all over the wings. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Heat the oil in a skilled add the chicken, Cook until crisp and golden brown. Reduce the heat, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Carefully add the brandy and bring to a simmer. Cover the skilled and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
