INGREDIENTS
500gm cauliflower
200gm potatoes
100gm tomato
3-4 green chilies
1tsp cumin seed
50gm ginger
1tbsp ginger and garlic 
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1 bunch corriander
To taste salt
Directions:
PCut cauliflower into florets. Boil the potatoes and add pinch of salt.
Peel and cut them into dice. Chopped ginger, green chili & coriander
Heat oil in a frying pan and add cumin seed, when it starts crackling add ginger and garlic paste and fry till light brown.
Add cauliflower and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt
Mixed them well cooked on a Dum.  After 5 minute add tomato and cooked again.
Finally add the potato and cook for few minutes. Add ginger, green chili and adjust the seasoning. Garnish with chopped coriander.
