A book on ‘Healing ministry  through counselling’ released

A book, titled, “Healing ministry through counselling”, written by Rev. Dr. E Nrio Ezung was released by Principal Secretary and Commissioner, Nagaland, M Patton on Saturday at Unity College, Dimapur. 
Addressing the gathering, Patton said that the newly released book fulfilled his long desire to share and express his views on working ethics of pastors and full time church workers. He opined that pastors and full time church workers should also be administrators in other ways apart from their primary duty, as he believed counselling was also a part of administration. He also viewed that they can also be an educationist and also shares their knowledge on economic living. 
Patton further felt the need that counselling was very important aspect for this generation and claimed that the newly released book will not only be of great help for church workers and councillors, but also the general public. 
Author of the book, Rev. Dr. E Nrio Ezung, in his address informed that it took him three and half years to complete the book and the book contains his 50 years of experiences in the counselling world. He hoped that the book  would serve servants of God and general public to open their eyes in their field of counselling  and prayed that the book will be an instrument to heal and bless those in need.  
Earlier, the programme was chaired by vice president, Harvest Bible College, Seitheikema, Dimapur, Elilo Ezung and invocation was offered by Rev. O Alem. 
Comments on the book was given by professor, ETC Jorhat, Assam, Rev. Dr. Ezamo Murry, short speech was delivered by principal, Witter Theological College, Dr. Moanungsang, special song was presented by Chonjani Chaya Ezung and benediction was proposed by Rev. Vezopa Tetseo.
