A week-long, All India Football Federation (AIFF) D’ License Course initiated by Nagaland Football Coaches Association (NFCA) and organized by Nagaland Football Association (NFA) came to an end on Wednesday at Zhadima village, Kohima district.

A total of 22 football coaches from Delhi, Manipur, Mon, Peren, Phek, Dimapur, Mokokchung and Kohima took part.

NFCA president Roko Angami in the closing ceremony exhorted the trainees and encouraged them to take the course as a challenge.

“Make football happen where ever you go or stay, together let us develop football in Nagaland” said Roko.

He added that NFCA main target was to promote coaches and develop football in grassroots level in Nagaland.

The participation certificates were given away by NFCA president and NFCA technical director William Koso, while NFCA general secretary, Ayeto chaired the programme.

With its motto “Make Football Happen,” NFCA has been conducting a series of “free football” camps in various districts.
