AIFF grassroots leaders course in Shillong

Two football coaches- Kevilebei Zashumo and David Rutsa represented Nagaland Football Association (NFA) at the AIFF grassroots leaders course held from May 18-21 at Jawaharlal Nehru Sports Complex in Polo Ground, Shillong. 

The course was organised by All India Football Federation in collaboration with the Meghalaya Football Association. 

A total of 21 coaches from Northeastern states underwent four-day training course led by All India Football Federation Head of Grassroots and instructor Anju Turambekar with assistance from MFA CEO Arki Nongrum. 

The course included theory and practical sessions focusing on coaching methodology at different youth age groups
