ANPSA Zbto conducts ‘literary event’

ANPSA Zunheboto Unit conducted “Literary Event 2019” on July 19 and 20, participated by all the affiliated schools in Zunheboto town. Various competitions like spelling bee, essay, debate, painting, singing (Quartet), prepared speech and drama were conducted.  

The inaugural event was graced by ANPSA Central president, Nini Sekhose, as the special guest. She was accompanied by P.G. Nathan,  Abalie Medozo and Ashuli.

Following are the results. 

In spelling bee (juniors), the first position was bagged by Olympic School followed by Cornerstone School and Woodland School in second and third positions. 

In seniors’ category, Step by Step won the first position and Seven Home School and Bloomfield School in second and third positions. 

Olympic School also won the first position in prepared speech. The second and third positions were bagged by Kids World Montessori and Step by Step Schools. 

In essay writing (juniors), the first position went to Sunbeam School, Little Spring School and Cornerstone Stone came in second and third positions. In seniors’ category, Bloomfield Hill School bagged the first position. The second and third positions were bagged by New Era School and Sunbeam School.

Immanuel School won the first position in painting competition for juniors followed by Cornerstone School and Olympic School in second and third positions. In seniors’ category, the first position went to Olympic School and Immanuel School and Bethany School stood in second and third positions. 

In debate competition, the first position was bagged by Woodland School. The second and third positions went to Olympic School and Woodland School. 

Bloomfield Hill School won the first position in song (quartet) followed by Olympic School and Immanuel School. In drama competition, the first position was bagged by Olympic School. The second and third positions were awarded to Immanuel School and Bloomfield Hill School. 

The panel of judges in different events included Hiloto S Awomi, Lovi Aye, Imo Onen Ozukum, Holoka T. Achumi, Kiboto H. Kiba, Ito S. Chophy, Dr. Lanu Walling, Vinokili Assumi and Inaholi Ayemi.
