Assam COVID-19 cases rise to 616; nineteen more test positive

Assam’s tally of positive COVID-19 cases is rising. State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has informed that nineteen more people have tested positive for Coronavirus taking the total number of cases to 616

A tweet put up Himanta Biswa Sarma read:  Nineteen more cases of COVID-19 reported. Seven from Karimganj, five from Goalpara, three from Guwahati, one each from Dhubri, Hailakandi, Udalguri and Lakhimpur. Assam now has 616 positive cases, 547 active cases.
