Book ‘determined servant’ released

A book titled, “Molungtet kilir” (determined servant), written in Ao dialect, was released at Hotel Saramati, on January 4, here in Dimapur. 
Addressing the gathering after releasing the book, Upa Lokayukta, Mayang Lima, stated that there were many unsung heroes whose books or documentaries could not be established due to many reasons, owing to lack of book readers, funding and lack of readers as well. 
Lima later acknowledged the writer, Talitemjen Imchen, for his tremendous effort to write a book on the life and history of “Mesoatsü” (Mesoba), of Mangmetong village, and stated that the book was very informative, historical and based on true facts and findings. 
He also narrated in brief about the book to the gathering. Short speeches were also delivered by president, ASTD, L Wati Jamir, chief editor, Tir Yimyim, K Temjen Jamir and (retd.) deputy director, education, Imrong L Imchen. 
Earlier, the programme was chaired by Talitemjen Imchen and invocation, offered by pastor, ABCD, N Lipok Jamir. 
Special number was also presented by member of Ao musical revival and benediction offered by pastor, NCRC, Kohima, Toshi Imchen.
