500gm boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1tso soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 cloves garlic
1 inch piece ginger
Pinch of salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Bamboo skewers
1.Soak the bamboo skewers for 30 minutes. Cut the chicken into cubes, mince ginger and garlic.
2. Marinate the chicken with the soy sauce, light soy sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and lemon juice, for 30 minutes. 
3. Stir the chicken and the sauces together, coat well.
4. Thread a few pieces of the chicken onto the bamboo skewers, repeat the same until all chicken cubes are threaded.
5. Heat up an outdoor grill and grill the chicken skewers.
6. Brush the olive oil on the chicken while grilling. Turn over the skewers and grill the other side until both sides are slightly charred.
7. Serve with chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
