Condolences for late Lutjakai Haokip Kuki

Western Chakhesang Hoho (WCH) conveyed heartfelt condolence for late Lutjakai Haokip Kuki, former Interim Body Member (IBM) of Nagaland state 1961-1963 and founder of Ahthibung town, who passed away on October 13.  A press release from president, WCH, Dietho Rhakho, stated that it was an enormous loss to people of Nagaland to lose a pioneer member and leader of the newly created state of Nagaland. WCH pray that the God Almighty grant peace and comfort to all his dear ones and that the departed soul rest in eternal peace. 

T. Kikon: T. Kikon, former legislator has expressed deep sorrow at the demise of an old friend since the IBM days of 1961-63. T. Kikon in a condolence message stated that late Lutjakai had sacrificed his youthful years in the service of the people towards the creation of Nagaland state during a most difficult period. Kikon stated that his contribution as a pioneer should not be forgotten by the people in general and the Kukis in particular. Kikon conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and pray that the departed soul rest in eternal peace.
