 WSKH: Western Sumi Kukami Hoho (WSKH) has expressed profound sadness at the demise of Hokheto Yepthomi, age 102, Akukau Ghuvishe village, father of Kasheto Yepthomi, president Sumi Kukami Hoho, and vice president Nagaland GB Federation. In a condolence note, WSKH president, Vihuto Yepthomi and general secretary, Kuhovi V. Zhimomi has conveyed the Hoho’s deepest condolences to the bereaved, and prayed that almighty God to grant them strength and solace in this hour of pain and sorrow. WSKH also prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.

NNC president: NNC president ‘gen. (retd)’, T. M Keyho, has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden and untimely demise of GOC, EC, Naga Army, ‘gen.’ Bampei, on January 4. In a condolence note, NNC president, T. M Keyho said that at this crucial period, his death had left a vacuum in the national leadership and defence of its land. Keyho also offered condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.

FGN Khiamniungan region: Khiamniungan region FGN has expressed sadness at the demise of ‘brigadier’ Pangpe, GOC Eastern Command Naga Army. In a condolence message, L. Shulem, deputy secretary Khiamniungan region FGN, stated that late Pangpe, after contributing many years of distinguished service for the Naga national cause left this world on January 4. The message added that in his demise, the FGN had lost a true patriot and his good deeds for the nation will be remembered and cherished. The deputy secretary further conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that the good Lord grant rest and peace to the departed soul.
