CPO observes ‘Day of Covenant’

Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) observed ‘Chakhesang Day of Covenant and National Repentance’ on September 30. CPO in a press release extended appreciation to one and all irrespective of denomination/church affiliations for their dedication and commitment to “our Covenant with God by observing September 30 with prayers and fasting.” “We firmly belief and uphold that such occasion is the need of the hour where our land is yearning for peaceful solution,” stated CPO publicity & information secretary Vipanyi Krome. 

Launched on December 3,1990. Nagaland Post is the first and highest circulated newspaper of Nagaland state. Nagaland Post is also the first newspaper in Nagaland to be published in multi-colour.
