CRPF conducts civic action programmes

Under the civic action programme, CRPF battalion distributed solar lamps and water storage tanks to the villagers of Sechu-Zubza and Dzudza, and Khensa village, Mokokchung on October 19.  DIGP (Ops) 78 bn CRPF Syamchand De distributed the solar lamps and water storage tanks to the villagers of Sechu-Zubza and Dzudza. 

Anil Kumar Jha 2-I/C, Commandant (AOD) in his speech urged the village council to ensure proper utilization of the facilities.

Meanwhile, 173 Bn CRPF distributed eco-friendly solar lamps to Khensa village, Mokokchung. 

A press release from 173 Bn CRPF stated that, speaking on the occasion, Vishnu Gautam, Commandant 173 Bn CRPF underlined the need for mutual understanding and cooperation between the security forces and local populace of the area. The programme was also attended by Dr. Uma Shanker Verma, CMO, Khensa village council chairman and prominent local people of the area and media persons. Altogether 38 families were benefited.
