Duncan Bosti Council (DBC) has initiated widening of road for easy flow of drainages and footpaths by seeking the landowners to leave a gap of their land for the purpose initiated.

According to the council, the landowners responding to the call of the council have voluntarily left a minimum gap of five feet between perimeter wall and the road for development of drainage and footpath.
The council also mentioned that some of the landowners voluntarily brought down existing walls and fences for the initiative.
The council also mentioned that the decision to widen the roads in the colony was made during the general meeting which was held in October 2019.
