DBHSS organises annual parents’ day

Don Bosco Higher Secondary School (DBHSS) annual parents’ day was held in the school premises on October 19, with Elias T. Lotha Transport commissioner as parent representative. 

A press release from DBHSS stated that, Elias in his speech congratulated the school for paying homage to the parents by organizing parents’ day. He further said that, DBS was a gift of God to the children of Nagaland. He requested the parents to stand by their children and give quality time to them. Fr James TP, principal, in his school report, presented the achievement of DBS. 

He said that the school produced eight ranks in the state and the students have excelled in academic and co-curricular activities. He urged everyone to move from right to education to right way of education. 

Following items were performed by the students, namely, remix dance, mono act, piece of melodies, fancy show, move your body, choir piece, choreography, live tradition, thank you to my parents, dear parents, folk song, decades evolution, folk dance, let me grow, domestic chaos. Compeers of the event were Neitonuo Elizabeth and Amar Rai. Fr. Innocent P, vice principal invoked God’s blessings for the function and the vote of thanks was proposed by Shaji.
