By Nagaland Post | Publish Date: 6/24/2019 12:33:26 PM IST

I would like enlighten you with the settlement of a recent incident between the DDADU president and the executives, which was published in the newspapers and uploaded in different groups of social media, after the DDADU president terminated me from the post of DDADU as vice president and suspended my other four colleagues namely 1.Shri Inito Shohe ( General Secretary) 2. Shri Renthunglo Tsopoe (Asst. General Secretary) 3. Shri Kiyelu Yeptho (Office Secretary) and 4. Shri Sunep Ao (Information secretary) from different DDADU executive posts. We the terminated executive and the suspended executives lodge an FIR against the President of DDADU for misappropriation of DDADU’s Vehicle namely an Ambulance, and as such, it is recovered with the initiative taken by the Dimapur East Police Station personnel, also we approached the Dimapur District Administration office for immediate action against the collection of illegal tax to the Auto Drivers in Dimapur. I, along with the well-wishers, executives and auto drivers on 18th day of June 2019, came out to the streets of Dimapur to protest and demand our rights and submission of memorandums, nothing proved us futile until on 22nd day of June 2019, a consultative meeting was called by the advisory board of DDADU. Thereafter the Board members brought us to the conclusion of the said incident by revoking the termination and suspension orders passed by DDADU president. Also, the president of DDADU accepted all the action against him in good faith without giving any respond in either way for the welfare of the Union, which is listed as under.

1. He recovered the loan, which was availed from the Nagaland State Co-operative Bank for purchasing of an Ambulance.

2. He brought back the Ambulance to the DDADU office premises.

3. The termination and suspension orders are revoked.

4. The president along with the executives agreed to sit at the earliest for an audit that is pending for many years.

We also agreed upon each other that the above stated FIR will be withdrawn from the said Police Station since the Ambulance is already recovered from possession of the President and we the Complainant in good faith do not wish to take any further action against him.

I , would like to appraise my sincere appreciation to all the people who stood by us in this messed incident within our Union members, especially the DDADU advisory Board members for settling the matter, the East police Personnel and the Higher authorities for prompt action of an FIR. The Auto Drivers and the in charge in different capacities for your peaceful cooperation in settlement of all the issues, the well wishers from all different streams without your immense support we would not be settled such issues and last but not the least all the family members of the DDADU president for your positive supports in all possible ways.

Tito Yeptho, Vice President, DDADU
