Deputy CM, RALH mourn demise of Retd. NCS officer

State deputy chief minister Y Patton has expressed shock and grief over the demise of Motsuthung Lotha, NCS (Retd), commissioner & secretary, who passed away in Dimapur September 2, 2020. 

In a condolence message, Patton described late Motsuthung Lotha as a “simple, kind hearted and cheerful human being” and said that his untimely demise was not only a loss for the family, but also for the Lotha community in particular and Nagas in general.

The deputy chief minister said that late Motsuthung Lotha was not only a dedicated (Retd.) officer but also had a huge concern for the welfare of the people. 

“He was sincere and hardworking senior government officer and above all a faithful person,” Patton said, adding that the void created by his demise would be impossible to fill.

Patton conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members during this time of deep sorrow and grief. 

RALH: Ralan Area Lotha Hoho (RALH) has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of late Motsuthung Lotha and said that in his demise “we have lost an able and efficient officer which will be felt by not only the Lotha community but the Nagas as whole.” 

In a condolence message, RALH chairman CS Ovung offered condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed that the Almighty God grant them solace in this moment of grief and sorrow.
