Reacting to Diphupar Communities Chairman Forum (DCCF)’s demand for expediting the process of shifting the present DC office Dimapur to its new office complex Chümoukedima, the Diphupar Village Council (DVC) has clarified that the “so called Diphupar Communities Chairman Forum (DCCF)” was unrecognized forum in Diphupar village.

In a press release, DVC chairman Ghuzui Shohe and secretary E Philip Lotha reminded the general public that “any press release by so call DCCF should not reflect the voice as a whole of Diphupar Village.”
