Easterine Kire, K Kevichusa win literature award

Easterine Kire and Kethoser Kevichusa have won the Gordon Graham Prize for Naga Literature. Both of them will be awarded Rs. 1 lakh cash and a certificate each. 

Kire has been selected for her fictional book “When the River Sleeps” and Kevichusa for his non-fiction “Forgiveness and Politics.”

They will be presented the awards on April 9 by chief minister Neiphiu Rio, and managing trustee & CEO of Kohima Educational Trust (KET), Sylvia May.
