Media cell of ENPO has reiterated that the 3rd Naga Tribes Co-ordination meeting held at Hotel Acacia on August 31 has resolved to remain united in the efforts to seek early resolution of the Naga political issue  in the entire Naga areas.

ENPO president Kekongchim in his address at the August 31 meeting reiterated that it would not be possible to achieve solution until all Naga political groups come together and resolve their differences  and place a common agenda before the government of India for a lasting solution.

On behalf of all peace loving Nagas, Kekongchim appealed to the negotiators to come together and achieve a final agreement that was acceptable to all groups and in the best interests of the people. All the tribes who attended the meeting unanimously resolved to remain united in supporting the political talks between the government of India with the Naga political groups for early solution to the Naga political issue.

Media cell also said the tribes resolved to participate in the meeting between NSCN(I-M) and NNPGs at the earliest as a gesture of solidarity and to convey this decision in an appeal letter to sit across the table for preparing a common agenda for solution.

ENPO  also mentioned that it had initiated a peace mission on April 23,2019 with meetings held with all Naga tribes of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Manipur including three joint coordination meetings with Naga tribes where all have expressed their desire for a peaceful and long lasting solution to the Naga political issue.
