ENPO, SASU laud Nagaland Chief Minister

The Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO) and Seyochung Area Students’ Union (SASU) have expressed gratitude to the chief minister, Neiphiu Rio and his team of ministers for the concern shown for the people of Eastern Nagaland by visiting Kiphire district on August 30. In separate press releases, ENPO secretary SY Sipong and P&I secretary, Akiu Y and SASU president Chumseli K and general secretary Holise Sangtam stated that, the team visited Kiphire to take stock of the living conditions of people in the area affected during the monsoon deluge. Kiphire district has been sanctioned Rs. 10 Lakh as immediate financial aid for relief and rehabilitation. The state government also dispatched 700 quintals of rice for Kiphire.

ENPO and SASU on behalf of the common people of Kiphire district have conveyed heartfelt gratitude to chief minister for his love and concern.
