ENSU KCK 10th fresher’s social

Eastern Naga Students’ Union, Kohima College, Kohima (ENSU KCK) held its 10th fresher’s social at Ura Academy Hall, Kohima under the theme, “Confluence through education” on August 12.

A press release from ENSU KCK stated that, Longri Chang, president, Eastern Naga College Students’ Union (ENCSU) graced the occasion as the guest speaker and Thinglise Sangtam, vice president Sangtam Students’ Union, Kohima (SSUK) as the special invitee. 

Speaking on the occasion, Longri Chang stressed on living with unity irrespective of tribes and jurisdiction and to maintain strict discipline of a student. Thinglise Sangtam emphasised on living with trust, respect and love and also pointed out pros and cons of technology and to use mobile phone wisely which otherwise could spoil one’s life. 

Earlier, Lemei chaired the programme, invocation by Kimiyeli, Lithrongpa president, (ENSU KCK) delivered the presidential address and Meno. E statistical secretary (ENSU KCK) read out the statistical report. Yakap vice president (ENSU KCK) gave vote of thanks and Kongpe speaker (ENSU KCK) said the benediction.
