FGN celebrates 64th Republic Day

The Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) celebrated the “64th Nagaland Republic Day” on March 22 at Transit Peace Camp (TPC), Kohima.

The program was blessed by Rev. Vevo Phesao followed by unfurling of the National Flag and address to the nation by gen. (retd.) Viyalie Metha, Kedahge, FGN. 

In his speech, Metha thanked God for the auspicious day of the 64th Nagaland Republic Day.  

He asserted that sooner or later India must withdraw her occupational forces from Nagaland. “The sooner this is done the better it will be for India” he stated.
