Former member of Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) expressed grief over the demise of their former member and colleague late Atomu Wotsa, who passed away on April 1.

A press release from Kuhoi Zhimo ex-DMC member stated that late Atomu, as they fondly recalled was “a true leader” who was always “in the frontline in any voluntary and public welfare works”. The ex-members of the council stated that society had lost yet another “selfless leader” and that the vacuum created by him would be difficult to fill.
Further, the former members conveyed their heartfelt condolences to his wife and prayed that God grant solace to all his family members and relatives.
