DIMAPUR, FEB 7 (NPN) | Publish Date: 2/7/2020 12:22:39 PM IST

Diphupar Village Council (DVC) Friday said that the village has resolved to withdraw the compliant letter submitted to deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur by fact finding and action committee (FFAC) Diphupar village, Diphupar Community Chairman Forum (DCCF) and Auditor with regard to Diphupar village fund misuse issue. In a statement, DVC chairman Ghuzui Shohe and FFAC convenor Kenilo Rengma said the matter was discussed at length at a joint meeting on January 29 at DVC hall and resolved to withdraw the compliant.

The signatories also said that the joint meet “unanimously resolved and amicably settled” the matter in the interest of the village.

Further, they said that DVC, FFAC, DCCF and auditor “deeply regretted” for causing “inconvenience to the DC Dimapur and to the general public for hindering the village development activities” and causing an adverse impact on the cordial and peaceful co-existence of the village.
