Governor attends 21st parting social of Naga Students’ Union Dheradun

Governor of Nagaland, PB Acharya stated that Nagaland has a large number of educated youth and the government service sector had reached a saturation point and that entrepreneurship was the only way to employ the youth of the state.  

According to PRO, Raj Bhavan, the Governor was addressing the 21st parting social of the Naga Students’ Union Dheradun (NSUD) at the DugOut Lounge, Dheradun on May 11. He encouraged the students to take up skill courses in their academic curriculum to embrace work culture and be positive towards entrepreneurship. 
Governor Acharya called on the student to continue working hard and to achieve their goals in empowering themselves with knowledge. He also encouraged the students to be “Game Changers” and socially accountable. He stated that students, when they come out, must be an asset to the society and be employable. Stating the education was not a disease but the solution, he encouraged the students to complete their education and develop their community and society.  
The programme was also attended by students unions from the neighboring North Eastern States. DFO, Tehri Forest Division, Dr Koko Rose was the special guest.
