GPRN/NSCN mourns

GPRN/NSCN president, M. B. Neokpao Konyak has expressed grief on the demise of late Y. Tongmeth Konyak, advisor to the collective leadership NSCN (R) on September 30 at Mon.

GPRN/NSCN through its MIP stated that, late Tongmeth Konyak was one of the senior Naga nationalist who had dedicated and committed himself toward the cause of the Naga national movement. 

MIP stated that his contributions and service in various capacities since 1984 towards the Naga Nation has been most worthy and benefiting to be accreditable for the cause of the Nagas.  

It also stated that his demise has created a huge vacuum in the society in particular and NNPGs in general.

GPRN/NSCN further conveyed condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
