IA&AD informs retired state govt officers and officials

Indian Audit and Accounts Department (IA&AD), Kohima has informed all retired state government officers/officials that pension and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of February, March,2020 with date of dispatch/date of handing over to nodal officers of concerned department have been uploaded on office of PAG (A&E) Nagaland website.

A press release from information system cell informed that pensioners may log in to the office website by clicking at the felicitation and pension or GPF felicitation. All state government officials have been informed that a “grievance redressal and feedback committee for entitlement function” has been constituted with the following members; Joseph KA, sr. Accounts officer, mobile no. 9436216580, email, for pension related matters; Arup Roy, sr. Accounts officer, mobile no. 9436601437, email, for gazetted entitlement related matters ; Akum Chuba, sr. Accounts officer, mobile no. 9436005112, email, for GPF related matters.

Meanwhile, aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Uttan Chanda, deputy accountant general (A&E) via email at or or through a handwritten letter. One may also contact grievance redressal and feedback committee.

Further, all heads of the departments have been requested to forward pension cases after MACP are granted wherever applicable so that inconveniences of revising the pension again at the later stage is avoided.
