Immanuel College exposure trip to water packaging company

Immanuel College (IC), department of Economics organised a one-day educational exposure visit to Viva water packaging company in Dimapur on June 3. 

A press release from IC media cell convenor Akutu Poireng stated that, students got the opportunity to see the filtration process and functioning of the company. The students learnt that with the help of automatic and semiautomatic machines, the factory produces approximately 40,000 bottles of water everyday, filtered six times under different filtration process. 

A microbiologist and a chemist ensure that quality water was served to its consumers. The students also learnt about the demand and supply of the company and how it tackle inflationary situations. Altogether 33 students and 2 faculty members of Economics department visited the company.
