Information for poll personnel

DC & ARO Kohima, Anoop Khinchi, has informed all polling personnel drafted for the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2019, that four facilitation centres, manned by District Level Master Trainers (DLMT) are being set up at the his office on April 5, 6, 8 and 9 during office hours to impart hands-on training and clear doubts about all polling related matters. 

DIPR reports that all polling personnel with duties assigned in different capacities for the forthcoming Elections and who are interested in getting hands-on training and clearing their doubts may avail the opportunity on the mentioned dates. 

Further, nodal officers of all concerned departments have been directed to ensure that this information is disseminated to all polling personnel drafted from their concerned departments.

All IVth grade polling personnel are also informed that a screening and briefing session will be held on April 4 at DPDB Hall, DC Office Kohima, 12 noon. All concerned personnel have been directed to attend the session without fail and nodal officers of all departments have been directed to ensure strict attendance of their respective grade IV staff.

Mokokchung: In view of the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2019 and By-Election to the 26-Aonglenden AC, the third round of training for presiding officers and first polling officials shall be conducted on April 5 at Mayangnokcha GHSS from 9 am.

Training for second and third polling officials shall be conducted on April 6 at MGHSS from 9 am and training for grade IV personnel will be conducted at 12:30 pm at the same venue on the same day. 

Kiphire: In partial modification of the DC & DEO office Kiphire office letter dated March 25, training for all polling officers will be conducted on April 5 and 6, 10 am at Government Higher Secondary School Building Kiphire. All concerned have been directed to attend the training without fail.
