Issues on environment

The insensitive use of plastic and deforestation is increasing day by day endangering all of us. The use of plastic is very harmful for us. Deforestation has become a very common culture among our people because it is one of our main source of surviving. We depend on the cultivation for our livelihoods and to cultivate we need land which cause cutting down of trees.

Global warming is already one of the greatest problem that people are facing. The excessive use of plastics makes it even more worse. The weather is getting hotter day by day. The main cause is deforestation. We need a good environment to live a healthy lifestyle. Trees play a big role in contributing to the environment because it gives out oxygen, improving air quality, conserving water, preserving soil and supporting wildlife. Trees also help in deflecting sunlight thus reduce heat and keep the environment clean and cool. The loss of trees will also cause a lot of natural calamities i.e, soil erosion, flood and many more. Deforestation can also lead to the extinction of species because it is a home to the wildlife.
Plastic is known as one of the most used product in the world but it is harming the environment. The biggest of them is that smoldering plastics can release toxic fumes into the environment in turn taking the air pollution to much higher levels. One of the main disadvantages of plastic bags is that they are not renewable.
Plastics also affects human health. Toxic chemicals leach out of plastic and are found in the blood and tissue of nearly all of us. Exposure to them is linked to cancer, birth defects, impaired, immunity, endocrine disruption and other ailments. Plastic produces toxic fumes when it is burnt which is harmful for the environment and the people. It is affecting us today and the future generation. Why is it important to have a nice house and expensive cars but not a nice and clean environment?
We are educated and know what is right and wrong so why don’t we impart our education to the unfortunate and educate them because what we give out for the environment is our own benefits.
It is high time the authorities do something to reduce deforestation and the use of plastics. We should plant more and start using other bags than plastics. We can all invest our time for a better cause to save the earth.
