Japukong civil societies caution on accusations

Japukong Senso Senden (JSS), Japukong Youth Organization (JYO) and Japukong Students Conference (JSC) have cautioned that it will not allow any individual or group to either accuse any of its citizens or be dictated in the days to come.

A joint press release by JSS president Meren Nokpu, JYO president Limayanger and JKM president Imnawapang stated that, in the event of delimitation issue, a lot of accusations and clarifications have been seen in the print and social media. The three bodies on behalf of Japukong citizens appealed to one and all that accusations and clarifications will not bail out the Nagas. 

It also stated that, minister TemjenImna Along was one of the bonafide citizen of Japukong therefore, the Japukong citizens will neither allow nor compromise “if any sinister plot is being hatched to tarnish his image and falsely accuse him for voicing out his opinion for the masses.”
