He also appreciated the leaders of the ACCCs along with frontal leaders for standing firm on the principles and ideologies of the Congress party.

He encouraged them not to lose heart saying that Congress will surely return to power in the 2023 elections. He further gave open invitation to the Naga intellectuals and commoners desirous of upholding secularism and democratic freedom to join the Congress fold.

Handing over the Congress membership enrollment list of Kohima district to the respective ACCCs, Vizo asked them to make detailed assessment of those still within the party and remove the names of those who have shifted to other parties.

The second session of the consultative meeting was held with the frontal organizations under KDCC – mahila, youth and NSUI, wherein president Vizo asked them to remain firm and work hard to bring back Congress MLAs in the 2023 state elections.

The respective ACCCs also submitted the constituency reports while also sharing their problems.
